My hotel is closed 6 months every year. Can I still get the annual discount?

Yes, you can purchase half the yearly credits at a discounted rate and use them during your open months, as long as it still meets the plan's minimum requirement.

How long does the implementation take?

Less than 1 hour. If Viqal is already integrated with your Property Management System (PMS), the setup can be completed in less than an hour. For hotels requiring new PMS integration, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks. Our team ensures a smooth transition so you can quickly start enhancing your guest service experience.

How does the custom pricing for larger groups work?


Our custom pricing for the Large Plan adapts to the unique requirements of your hotel group. We start with a consultation to understand your goals and operational needs, then provide a customized proposal outlining the specific services, integrations, and support we’ll deliver.

Are there any additional fees besides the listed prices?

No. If we already integrate with your PMS, there are no setup costs or message fees. For new PMS integrations, there’s a one-time setup fee of €250.
