What if our PMS isn't on your list?

Tell us what you run. If it has an API, we'll build the integration — timeline depends on the PMS provider's responsiveness (typically 2–16 weeks). Once live, it becomes a standard connector for other hotels too.

How long does setup take on a supported PMS?

Less than an hour if your PMS is already connected.

Is guest data stored outside our tenant?

No. Your data stays in your Viqal tenant, hosted in the EU. We never share it across properties, never train foundational models on it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

How do upsell charges post to the folio?

When a guest confirms an upsell in chat, Viqal writes a folio charge back to your PMS with the item code and price. Your night audit treats it exactly like any front-desk charge.

What about WhatsApp — do we need our own Meta account?

We can either onboard you with a Viqal-owned WhatsApp Business account. or connect your existing WABA, through Viqal's Meta embedded signup process.

Enterprise and group deployments can be hosted in a dedicated VPC in AWS Frankfurt or London. SOC 2 and pen-test reports available under NDA.
