How is revenue attributed?

Every upsell is booked inside the conversation, so the message, offer, guest, and property are all logged. When the folio charge posts to your PMS, we tag it with the conversation ID.

Who sets the pricing?

You do. Prices live in your PMS. Viqal reads them — it never makes up a number. If your revenue manager changes a rate, the next message uses the new price automatically.

Can we run different offers for different segments?

Yes. You will add products or offers to templates to which you can apply segmentation.
