My hotel is closed for six months each year. Can I still get the annual discount?

Yes, you can purchase half the yearly credits at a discounted rate and use them all during your open months.

How does pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of bookings you start a guest conversation with through Viqal. Each new booking with a valid WhatsApp number opens a conversation and uses one (1) credit. Within a conversation, an unlimited number of messages can be sent.

Before signing up, you select your preferred credit package and subscription term. Assemble your plan by estimating the number of conversation credits you will need. In addition to the minimum credits included in your package, you can add extra credits in blocks of 100.

If, during your subscription, you run out of credits, you can purchase additional conversation credits at any time. To get the best value, we recommend estimating your expected usage in advance when selecting your plan.

Pricing examples for a monthly package:

  • Independent hotels: A hotel with an average monthly reservation volume of 250 monthly reservations would cost: €0,50*250=€125 per month
  • Hotel Groups: For a group with 11 hotels and an average monthly reservation volume for all hotels of 6,000 reservations would cost: €0,50*6000=€3.000 per month for the entire hotel group, which averages to €278/month per hotel.


Flexibility and Rollovers:
You’ll select your own preferred credit volume when signing up. If your needs increase, you can add extra credits at any time. Additionally, unused credits roll over, letting you balance lower and higher reservation periods seamlessly.

What if the integration with my PMS cannot be set up?

Then you incur no costs. If Viqal is unable to establish the integration with your PMS or booking system within 120 days, the agreement will not activate, and you will not incur any costs. This is covered under our zero-risk integration clause, ensuring you are not charged until the integration is successfully completed. Viqal will notify you promptly and work closely with your PMS provider to resolve any challenges.

Are there any additional fees besides the listed prices?

No. If we already integrate with your PMS, there are no setup costs or message fees. For new PMS integrations, there’s a one-time setup fee of €250.
